If the video doesn’t play for you it is probably because you lack the mp4 codec you can get it free most anyplace if you have trouble finding it google klite codec and get the free k-lite codec pack which has every codec known to man
All of our files are .mp4 you need the H.264 codec
NEVER PAY for a codec, quality codecs are always available free from microsoft, apple, adobe and others.
Newer computers and computers with high end graphics cards can play the High Bandwidth files (HiDef) with no problems if the high bandwidth files don’t play well for you choose the low Bandwidth, which are still very high DVD quality.
IPads and other Apple products (except Macs) will NOT play the high bandwidth files so choose the low bandwidth for these.
